Rantalainen BI Reporting

Rantalainen BI Reporting includes ready-made reporting packages for different company types. These include income statement and balance sheet reports with various comparisons, as well as visualisations of key financial indicators. Different charts illustrate, for example, cost structures, revenues, and margins. For limited liability companies, cash flow statements and financing statements are also included.

Our standard report folders are available in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Our BI experts can also create customer-specific reports based on financial data. Existing reports can be modified, or entirely new reports can be created to meet the company’s needs. Common implementations include cost centre and project reports, as well as transferring Excel-based reports into the Rantalainen BI system.

Reports can also be tailored for industry-specific needs.

Budgets and forecasts can be added to the Rantalainen BI system according to the company’s needs. Budgets can be entered at account group level for the full year, or at account level with more detailed monthly variations if needed. Budgets can also be entered by cost centre or project.

The system also allows the creation of separate additional budgets, such as sales budgets, project-specific monitoring, or investment budgets. Budgeting can also include other calculations tailored to customer needs, such as cash flow forecasts or efficiency metrics based on customer volumes or working hours.

Our reports already include a variety of budget comparison reports, and comparisons are easy when all figures are available in the same system.

Sales reports make it easier to understand sales development and work with several different software solutions. Sales data can be used to create customer-specific, product-specific, or salesperson-specific reports and charts.

The group reporting function supports both statutory requirements and internal group reporting. In group reporting, figures from group companies are consolidated into a group-level view, while necessary account mappings and other settings are configured in the background.

Automatic eliminations, consolidation entries, and features such as automatic currency conversions simplify group accounting.

HR reports provide a simple and clear overview of HR-related KPIs. Data can also be combined with accounting figures to calculate employee-related metrics.

Customised reports can also be created from ERP system data by utilising the BI system’s ready-made integrations or by building entirely new integrations to the desired system.
