Veronica Rörsgård has been appointed the new CEO of RAN Group, one of the leading financial, payroll and advisory service providers in the Nordics. Rörsgård will assume her new position as CEO and become a shareholder of RAN Group as of 12 January 2026.

Veronica Rörsgård brings extensive leadership experience from CEO and senior management positions across various industries. Most recently, she has served as CEO of Lernia, a Swedish staffing and recruitment company.

The current CEO, Jukka Rosenberg, who has led RAN Group since 2018, will continue as Executive Advisor to the company until the end of 2026. In his new role, he will support the integration of the recently acquired business services , and advise on the initiation and commercial acceleration of new business across the Nordic markets.
